They even made a great recommendation for installing a plate behind the mounting bracket that made the whole fixture really look 100 times better than the previous ones. John at Mack Electric came through in a big way when I needed an electrician to complete my patio. My contractor bumped into an electrical line which needed immediate repair. John sent one of his experts out to fix it, and stayed in communication with me the entire time. The electrical line was fixed in record time at reasonable cost!
